Care & Services

Our Mission

To serve our community with care and compassion through valuable relationships and reliable support.

The Nature of Our Services

McCortney Family In-Home Care provides our community with home care services. As your family owned and operated home care agency, we tailor our services to meet your individual needs. A care coordinator works with the client and family to determine the types of services needed. A care plan is then established by one of our RN supervisors for the caregiver to follow to ensure the client receives premium care.

All cases are supported by a caring and experienced administrative staff. McCortney Family In-Home Care serves clients twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, on an hourly and live-in basis. During non-business hours, phones are monitored and calls will be returned in a timely manner.

Greg McCortney is the founder and president of McCortney Family In-Home Care. Born at the “Old Valley View Hospital” and raised in Ada, Greg’s roots in the community run deep. He and his wife, Ashley, are proud to continue a family tradition as third-generation Ada small business owners.

While Ashley serves as CEO and leads the company’s daily operations, Greg remains closely connected to the company’s mission and values. His vision for McCortney Family In-Home Care grew from a simple belief: families in Ada and the surrounding communities deserve dependable, compassionate care from people who understand and love this area.

Greg is proud that McCortney Family In-Home Care reflects both his family’s commitment to service and their long-standing dedication to healthcare in the Ada community.

McCortney Family In Home Care started in 2008. Greg and Ashley had already owned their hospice company for 4 years at that point, and recognized the need for people to receive more quality compassionate care in their own homes. Too many people were being forced to leave their homes and move into nursing facilities because they didn’t have the care they needed to remain in their home.

Ashley worked for both companies intermittently over the years while raising their 3 children, and currently serves as the Administrator and CEO overseeing the daily operations. Ashley is the granddaughter of a World War II Prisoner of War and, since taking over as CEO, has been focused on growing our service to our Veterans.

Ashley enjoys helping families keep their loved ones at home whether it is after surgery or as they age. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys serving in her church, organizing events, and spending time with family.

Greg and Ashley have been married since 1998 and have 3 young adult children who are finishing their education and starting their careers in Oklahoma.
